Mr. Yang Bin has been practising law since 2003, specialising in corporate, financial, and securities legal services. His practice primarily focuses on corporate securities issuance, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring, day-to-day corporate legal advisory, and state-owned enterprise restructuring and reorganisation. He serves as a public interest lawyer for the China Securities Investor Services Centre. He has served as legal counsel to multiple government agencies, state-owned enterprises, listed and unlisted public companies, and other large and medium-sized enterprises, including Guangdong Guangsheng Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Hydropower Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Star Lake Biotechnology (600866), Zhiguang Electric (002169), and Guangdong Hydropower (002060).
