(contract dispute): all claims of the opposing party were dismissed at first instance, the judgment was upheld at second instance, and the retrial application was rejected, saving the client over RMB 15 million in losses.

2. Beijing Fufeng High-Tech Development Group Co., Ltd. v. Guo (recovery of property): achieved comprehensive victory at both first and second instance, successfully enforced, recovering property that had been occupied for over 20 years and recouping occupation fees.

3. Tianjin Bohai Huabang Logistics Co., Ltd. Beijing Branch v. Beijing Yelida Building Materials Products Co., Ltd. (lease contract dispute involving 30,000 m² of factory and office space): achieved comprehensive victory at first instance, second instance, and retrial, recovering tens of millions of yuan in losses for the client.

4. Guan, Yuan, Wang, et al. v. Wang and Huachen Construction Group Zizhouyuan (Beijing) Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. (equity transfer dispute): achieved comprehensive victory at first instance, second instance, and retrial, successfully preserved over RMB 10 million of the opposing party's project payments during proceedings, and successfully enforced after judgment.
