Mr. LIU has focused on legal industry for more than 17 years, and joined Kangda in 2021, and became a partner in 2024.

Mr. LIU graduated from Nanjing University with a bachelor's degree and master's degree in law. Mr. LIU also holds a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Prior to joining Kangda, Mr. LIU worked for Mr. LI Ka-shing's Hutchison Whampoa Co., Ltd. which was one of the world's Top 500 enterprises for a long time. Engaged in legal and risk management in East China, Mr. LIU has more than 10 years of experience in the foreign real estate industry with a profound understanding of relevant business models and legal risks.
