Career
Mr. Zhou Dahai has 15 years of practice experience, focusing on professional legal services in corporate, investment, and restructuring matters. He specialises in contract law, corporate mergers and acquisitions, direct investment, and litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters. He has provided litigation, arbitration, non-litigation, and standing legal advisory services to numerous enterprises and institutions, including CITIC Securities, the National Forestry Public Security Bureau, Taiwan's Dachan Group, Hainan Airlines, Daqing Rural Commercial Bank, and Tianjin Tianshi Company. Among the litigation cases he has participated in, dozens involved subject amounts exceeding RMB 100 million, giving him extensive experience in handling complex and difficult cases.
In recent years, Mr. Zhou has focused on asset and debt restructuring and, as one of the principal persons in charge, participated in the series of bankruptcy and restructuring cases of Liaoning Xinglong Group. These cases involved hundreds of thousands of creditors, unprecedented in the history of China's bankruptcy law, with extremely complex factual circumstances.
