CHEN Yuchi has ten years of work experience in the judicial organs of economic criminal law and seven years of experience in economic criminal practice. She is one of the first senior compliance division of domestic enterprises, and is also a civil and administrative consulting expert of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and a people's supervisor of the Guangzhou People's Procuratorate. After working as a lawyer, she has made outstanding achievements every year in the professional fields of economy, finance, Internet crimes, compliance rectification of enterprises involved, etc. From 2018 to 2021, she won the business Achievement Award of Guangzhou Lawyers Association for four consecutive years, as well as the theoretical achievement Award and the Outstanding Professional Committee Award. Representative cases include the first compliance non-prosecution case caused by the Central inspection team in a certain region, the first cross-province flight compliance case, the first listed enterprise compliance rectification innocence case, and a major smuggling case.
