Tom is a Corporate Insurance partner. His focus is on transactional work in the insurance sector, including M&A, corporate reorganisations, complex insurance and reinsurance arrangements, pensions de-risking transactions, portfolio transfers, insurance regulatory advice and general corporate advice. He is also a member of our wider Financial Institutions Group, supporting financial institutions and other businesses that operate adjacent to the insurance sector, including investors, asset managers and pension scheme trustees.
