His transactional experience covers a wide range of corporate deals across industries, including Google’s acquisition of HTC smartphone business, TSMC’s disposal of investment in VisEra, TWSE-listed Epistar-Lextar merger, HH Leasing privatization, NXP’s sale of Standard Products business to Chinese investors, TWSE IPO of Vietnamese Taisun, Japanese DyDo’s investment in TPEx-listed TCI, MediaTek-MStar merger, and restructuring of JPMorgan asset management arm.

Eddie regularly advises leading banks, securities firms, insurers, asset managers, payment service providers, and credit card companies on transactions, licensing, compliance and investigations. He has extensive experience in advising on the sale of investment products, including offshore funds, and is well-versed in derivatives, AML, digital finance and virtual assets. He assisted with LINE’s set-up of "digital-only" bank in Taiwan.
