His recent representations include the following: China Network Systems' sale of related cable systems to a private equity fund MBK, FET and APTG's frequency sharing and shares swap, LINE TV and TINP's shares purchase and joint venture. With the extensive experience in the field of info-communication and media, Vick has been recognized by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. He is also appointed as the secretary-general of Taiwan Communications Society, one of the leading communities with key stakeholders from industries and government for communications policy-making process.
