Mr. Wang specializes in major, complex and difficult litigation and arbitration cases. His practice focuses on finance, construction engineering and real estate, corporate governance and bulk trade.

As a member of the Legal Expert Advisory Committee of the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, Mr. Wang has long participated in legislative advisory affairs on the interbank bond market and has rich experience in financial services, such as bonds and notes.

As head of a research group, Mr. Wang and his team completed the research on the “Prevention of Legal Risks in Financing Trade” for the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

Before joining Fangda Partners in May 2024, Mr. Wang was a lawyer, partner, member of the management committee and the head of the Nanjing Office of Tiantong Law Firm.
