He has been practicing as a full-time lawyer since 2001. Before joining Beijing Jingtian & Gongcheng Law Firm, he was the founder and senior partner of Beijing DeHeng (Chongqing) Law Firm, and successively held positions such as director of the law firm and director of the management committee. He also concurrently served as deputy director of the Professional Committee for Distressed Enterprise Rescue and Bankruptcy Reorganization of Beijing DeHeng Law Firm, among other positions.

From 1996 to 2000, he studied at Southwest University of Political Science and Law and graduated from the Department of Law with a bachelor's degree; from 2021 to 2024, he studied at China Europe International Business School and graduated as a postgraduate student with a master's degree.

Lawyer Zeng Fanbo has been deeply engaged in the legal industry for more than 20 years, mainly focusing on distressed enterprise rescue and bankruptcy reorganization, as well as the resolution of major civil and commercial disputes. He is adept at organizing lawyer teams to provide services for various major and complex legal affairs. He has in-depth theoretical research and rich practical operation experience especially in the fields of distressed enterprise rescue, debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization.

Lawyer Zeng is a senior expert in the field of domestic distressed enterprise rescue and bankruptcy reorganization, and particularly one of the earliest practitioners in the domestic pre-reorganization field. He has promoted the implementation of the domestic pre-reorganization model, system construction and legislative process, and provides full-stack services centered on distressed enterprise rescue. He has served a number of highly influential projects and cases in the field of bankruptcy reorganization, helped many distressed enterprises achieve successful recovery, and created sound social value.

Lawyer Zeng attaches great importance to theoretical research and exploration in the practice of distressed enterprise rescue, and integrates theory with practice.
