Oli is a Managing Associate in the firm’s Insurance and Construction group. Oli’s background and specialism is construction disputes, including claiming against and defending professional negligence claims against design and build contractors, architects, engineers, surveyors and project managers.

Oli has a wide range of domestic dispute resolution experience including litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation and has dealt with disputes covering JCT, NEC and FIDIC forms of contract as well as bespoke appointments. Oli is also currently heavily involved in advising on post-Grenfell cladding matters.

In 2020 Oli completed the MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at King’s College and wrote a published dissertation on the legal position following the Supreme Court judgment in Bresco.
