She has built a strong reputation advising on transactions across diverse asset classes including hotels, healthcare facilities, data centres, student accommodation, and logistics platforms, and acting as a trusted adviser to a broad spectrum of clients. Working with institutional investors and lenders, private equity firms, and major property companies, Danielle provides commercially-focused solutions that align with clients' investment objectives.

A significant portion of her practice involves advising on real estate-backed financing arrangements, including loan origination, back leverage, CMBS structures, and complex restructurings. Her integrated approach combines deep sector knowledge with practical expertise in both direct and indirect property investments.
