Elizabeth is a supervising associate in our Financial Services Regulatory team in London.

Elizabeth specialises in payments and digital assets regulation for FinTechs and institutional clients. She has experience of working in high-growth start-ups and is a prominent member of Simmons' global Emerging Technology Group.

Elizabeth primarily advises on the UK regulatory perimeter, and works across a range of clients, including banks, payment service providers and e-money institutions. She leads on our client update Payments View which gives a snapshot of the key regulatory developments impacting the industry. Other areas of regulation where Elizabeth has particular expertise are the Senior Manager and Certification Regime, PRIIPs, investment services and the Consumer Credit Act.

Elizabeth recently completed a secondment to our Singapore office. The experience enabled Elizabeth to enhance her understanding of different regulatory approaches and allowed her to focus on supporting the FS Regulatory Cross-Border Group.
