Banking

Erica is a managing associate in the Banking group, based in London. She advises on a range of transactional banking matters, including investment grade and leveraged corporate finance, acquisition finance, trade and commodity finance and asset finance transactions and restructurings. Erica’s main focus is on advising lenders and borrowers in respect of syndicated and bilateral loans to large and medium sized corporates, including both domestic and international cross-border transactions.

Erica has completed four secondments during her career, including to the corporate and investment banking divisions of a number of global financial institutions.
