Hayley is a seasoned technology lawyer, specialising in digital health and medtech. She acts for both customers and suppliers across a broad range of transactions.

Hayley is a partner in our digital business group in London. Her practice encompasses all aspects of commercial and technology contracting, including drafting and negotiating commercial, technology and related licensing arrangements, and providing associated regulatory advice.

Hayley has a particular emphasis on agreements and technology used in the health, sports and fitness, and wellbeing markets. Hayley is adept at assisting clients with navigating issues arising from the use of technology such as software and AI, and data within these sectors.

She provides invaluable assistance to a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to global organisations, guiding them throughout their product lifecycle. She covers areas such as technology procurement, digital health projects, licensing, and implementation of software products from vendors such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft.

Hayley also excels in counselling clients on compliance within EU and UK general commercial and technology regulations, as well as life sciences, health and wellbeing sectoral regulations such as the scope and requirements under the medical device regulations.

Outside of her professional life, Hayley is an accomplished athlete. She is a double world champion and four-times silver medallist in swimming, and competes at World and European Championships in multi-sport events.
