Position

Tina is a partner in our Restructuring and Special Situations team in London. She specialises in using insolvency processes to deliver restructuring solutions both domestically and abroad. Tina has experience in representing a range of stakeholders including banks, financial institutions and bondholders, accountants and insolvency practitioners, private equity firms and corporate entities in a wide range of domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters. Tina has vast experience in cross-border insolvency proceedings, administrations, liquidations, schemes of arrangement, voluntary arrangements and personal bankruptcy.

Having worked in this area for over 18 years, Tina’s experience spans a broad range of sectors, namely manufacturing, consumer, retail, financial services/financial institutions, health, renewables, oil and gas, and, more recently, aviation.

During her career, Tina has been involved in some of the most significant insolvencies, including acting as a key adviser to the administrators of multiple Lehman Brothers entities. Tina has also completed a secondment in the Recoveries Team within the Specialised Lending Services Group at the Royal Bank of Scotland Plc.

Tina co-authored the England & Wales Chapter in The Insolvency Review – 8th Edition.
