Elsa is a managing associate with a practice focussed on complex pan-European life sciences disputes in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device fields.

Elsa has extensive experience running high value UK and UPC litigation in relation to some of the highest revenue drugs available in the market. She is also regularly involved in co-ordinating wider multi-jurisdictional disputes for clients across Europe, including seeking and defending preliminary injunctions, and supporting EPO proceedings. Elsa routinely advises on early stage planning and preparation in relation to contentious product launches
