Camille heads the Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) and Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS) practices in our Luxembourg office. Her legal expertise is both transactional and litigation oriented and includes a broad cross-section of intellectual property, life sciences and technology digital business matters.

Camille’s focus on digital business includes technology, copyright and data protection. She has extensive experience in drafting IT related contracts, such as software development, licensing, technology outsourcing. She advises on IT law as well as on contractual and regulatory issues of digitalisation and cyber security.

Camille’s expertise in healthcare and life sciences enables her to advise established and emerging pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, on a variety of collaboration, research and development matters. She also supports them in regulatory matters, in the sector of pricing, reimbursement, advertising and frequently liaises with the Luxembourg regulatory authorities.

Camille is also a strong litigator in her areas of practice and assists on judicial and extra-judicial matters with a special focus in regulatory and compliance litigation, software related copyright questions and product liability. She represents clients at both the national and international level, and notably before the Court of Justice of the European Union on intellectual property cases.
