Arnaud’s practice focuses on corporate, M&A law and international transactions agreements. He has extensive experience in local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions transactions, providing assistance to infrastructure, private equity and real estate funds and national and multinational companies operating in various industrial sectors.

Arnaud is partner in the Corporate department of the Luxembourg office and focuses on all kinds of corporate matters. He advises on a broad range of strategic growth initiatives, including M&A, private equity and joint ventures transactions. He also guides clients at all stages of the corporate life-cycle in connection with reorganisations, corporate finance, corporate governance matters and other general corporate and commercial matters.

Arnaud is a trusted advisor to private equity and infrastructure funds, investors, real estate investment trusts and developers in a multitude of transactions with different asset classes and industry groups involving office buildings, shopping centres and retail spaces.

He is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar and he has, prior to joining Simmons & Simmons, worked for eight years at two international law firms.
