Cecilia is Counsel in our Corporate & Commercial group in Milan, with a specific focus on the Real Estate sector.

She has gained solid experience in the main legal issues related to real estate transactions and commercial operations, providing advice to clients in the sector, including developers, investors, investment funds, and real estate operators, supporting them in all phases of operations, from contract negotiation to the management of legal risks connected with development and value-enhancement projects. Her expertise ranges from due diligence to acquisition and disposal transactions, leases, real estate developments, construction and service contracts, and financial operations typically associated with Real Estate.
