Adriano is an associate of the Financial Services Regulatory team in Milan.

Adriano assists EU and non-EU asset managers, banks and financial intermediaries in the organisation and implementation of cross-border transactions and product structuring in Italy. In this context, he focuses on the formulation of the offer of investment services, banking and financial instruments in Italy.

He has also gained experience in corporate governance and the organisation of internal control functions, including AML, of regulated entities.
