Jennifer also provides expert guidance to employers on investigations involving the Labour Department, Equal Opportunities Commission, and Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data. Jennifer also advises on HR strategies, such as workforce structuring, changes to employment terms, and enforcement of post-termination restrictions.

Jennifer is a strong advocate for workplace well-being, serving as a board member of The City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong.
