Ermine is a partner in our Corporate M&A group in Paris with over two decades of experience advising international and French industrial and strategic players, from large corporates and PE-backed multinationals to family-owned businesses.

Through the years, she has developed a deep understanding of their strategies and concerns. She has a long-lasting expertise in advising them on complex and cross-border M&A transactions, whether on the sell-side or buy-side, in the context of competitive bidding processes or on one-to-one deals, as well as on their corporate reorganisations.

She works across a wide range of industries, including agri-food, healthcare and life sciences, energy, chemicals, and advanced engineered products.

With her very strong international background, Ermine has built exceptional expertise in outbound M&A, leading transactions worldwide, including in emerging markets, and navigating local constraints and practices.

Ermine is at her best when advising in highly complex transactions, such as cross-border carve-outs involving industrial site separations, activity extractions, and transition management. She also regularly advises on the creation and dissolution of strategic alliances and joint ventures, whether greenfield or not.
