Arnaud is specialized in financial debt restructuring, both in out-of-court and insolvency proceedings.

With over 30 years of experience across various sectors, including distribution, metal industry, services, real estate, healthcare, his expertise enables him to assist clients in navigating complex, multi-jurisdictional restructuring processes.

Arnaud regularly advises financially distressed companies, their shareholders and directors, and investment funds, about solvency restructuring operations, out-of-court procedures (ad hoc mandates, conciliation procedures) and insolvency proceedings (judicial safeguarding, reorganisation and liquidation), with a special focus on distressed M&As and cross-border operations.

He has expertise in restructuring and rescue securitisations with special expertise inter-alia in debt rescheduling, debt to equity swaps, restructuring by means of corporate finance transactions or through insolvency processes (e.g. formal cram down processes; pre-pack administrations).

He is a graduate of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, and is also a fellow member of the IBA, INSOL Europe, TMA, and the French institute of insolvency practitioner (I.F.P.P.C.).
