Laure Nguyen is a partner in our Financial Markets practice, in charge of the environment law department.

She has over 20 years of experience in public law with a particular focus on environment law.

She specialises in environmental and energy regulation, with extensive expertise in areas such as classified installations, contaminated sites, logistics, mining and quarrying, water management, waste, nuclear energy, and noise regulation. She advises a wide range of clients in the industrial, logistics and data center sectors, both in advisory capacity and litigation.

Before joining Simmons & Simmons in July 2025, Laure Nguyen worked for more than 10 years at Hogan Lovells and 10 years in a French environmental law firm, Boivin & Associés.

Laure Nguyen was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001.
