• cross-border factoring transactions and other trade receivables financing products;
• securitisation, both ABCP and ABS transactions on various classes of asset (including trade receivables and automotive assets, CMBS and RMBS); and
• asset finance (including shipping finance and aviation finance).

He advises both arrangers, lenders, originators and borrowers throughout these operations.
