Alice advises on all aspects of real estate law.

She has a solid experience in commercial leases and real estate transactions. She assists in the drafting and negotiation of all types of lease agreements, asset and property management agreements, and management mandates. Alice also provides assistance in construction and development projects.

Her expertise includes real estate litigation and in particular commercial lease litigation.

Alice has developed significant experience advising on complex real estate transactions, including real estate developments and sale and leaseback operations.

Alice is recognised for her business-oriented approach, proactivity and deep understanding of clients’ operational needs, providing reliable and pragmatic legal advice across all aspects of real estate law.

Before joining the Paris office of Simmons & Simmons in July 2025, Alice spent 8 years in the real estate department of Hogan Lovells.
