Rory is a Senior Associate in Shoosmiths' People & Reward Team. 

He has developed a reputation amongst the firm's client base for delivering commercially minded and pragmatic advice, and he enjoys building rapport with senior leaders, in-house lawyers, human resource professionals, global mobility experts, and those operating in talent acquisition roles. 

He works with clients across the firm's sectors and is instructed to act in relation to strategic exits and disputes, restructures, disciplinary and grievance matters, absence management issues, redundancy exercises, right to work checks, sponsorship duties, visa applications, and complex tribunal litigation. 

He is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association, and co-host Shoosmiths’ annual right to work webinar.
