Hollyis a Senior Associate and joined Shoosmiths’ real estate team in March 2017, having qualified in 2016 at Irwin Mitchell.

Holly advises and assists with a wide range of commercial property matters, with particular emphasis on strategic land deals, initially dealing with the due diligence involved in site assembly and then on all advice to make sites "market ready" through to disposals.  Holly also assists with urban regeneration schemes and corporate transactions.  Holly has spent time in-house with a leading PLC development client and is well regarded as a lawyer who is a "pleasure to work with".

Holly is primarily based in Sheffield.
