Capital Markets, M&A and Compliance: Shengbo Li provides full-cycle IPO and related legal services, including corporate structuring, equity financing, equity incentives, corporate governance, supply chain integration, compliance operations, initial public offerings on the A-share or Hong Kong markets, secondary offerings, major asset restructurings, investments and acquisitions, information disclosure, and acquisitions of listed companies.
