In the area of IPO, Bing Li has advised on a number of Equity offerings on both domestic and overseas capital markets (Hong Kong Stock Exchange, NASDAQ, New York Stock Exchange)., including, inter alia, Hong Kong IPO of Carsgen Therapeutics (2171.HK), China Risun Group（01907.HK）, Asianfo Technology（01675.HK）, Jiayuan Intl（02768.HK）, Luzhou Xinglu Water（02281.HK）; IPO of Mogu, Sogo in NYSE. Industries in which he has been involved include pharmaceutical, water, real estate, technology, e-commerce, chemical industry, etc.

In the area of Bond issuance，Bing Li has advised on more than 40 debt offerings on both domestic and overseas capital markets, including, inter alia, Bond issuance of China Resources Land, Hengan Group, Road King Group, China Resources Pharmaceutical, Haier Group, Gemdale Group, China Water Group, etc.

In the area of PE/VC and M&A, Bing Li has advised on several M&A transactions, including, inter alia, CR Land’s acquisition of several domestic properties including parking lots, hotels, stadiums, shopping malls; CDH Capital invested in Hedu Biotechnology Co., Ltd.; CICC Capital invested in a commercial real estate company，an aviation system company and a new energy vehicle company; Huayu Group’s (01823 HK) acquisition on Qingping Expressway; Tianjin Port‘s (600717.SH) acquisition of several domestic and overseas subsidiaries; Eagle Nice International’s acquisition of several domestic assets; Centurium Capital invested in a domestic Internet logistics company and Borgward Automobile Company; the absorption and merger of Mengniu Group's subsidiaries; the absorption and merger of Yitai Group's subsidiaries.
