Shepherd and Wedderburn

As Managing Partner of Shepherd and Wedderburn, Andy leads the day-to-day management and operation of the firm.

With the firm’s Chair and its Partnership Board, he is also responsible for delivering our strategy and ensuring that we continue to develop deep and long-lasting relationships with clients.

Andy previously headed up our Property and Infrastructure division, and he continues to be Client Care Partner for several clients including a number of housebuilders, landowners, affordable housing providers and public sector bodies. He has over thirty years’ experience in all aspects of real estate, specialising in commercial and residential property development. His experience includes leasing and investment, property finance, land promotion, infrastructure projects, urban regeneration and strategic land projects.
