Youngjin Ha is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, focusing on finance, acquisition finance, financial regulation, securitization and structured finance, and project finance. She advises financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporates on sophisticated financing transactions and regulatory matters.

Ms. Ha has significant experience advising private equity sponsors and lenders on acquisition financing for major M&A transactions, as well as on structured finance, project finance, overseas alternative investments and financial disputes. Her broader finance practice also encompasses securities offerings and capital markets transactions.

Ms. Ha serves as an outside member of the Alternative Investment Committee of the Government Employees Pension Service and has been recognised by Chambers and IFLR1000 for her finance and capital markets work.
