Soobong Jung is Managing Partner of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and a leading member of the firm's white-collar crime practice. His practice focuses on corporate and financial crime, regulatory investigations, internal investigations and compliance, with extensive experience representing companies and individuals before prosecutors, police and financial regulatory authorities.

Mr. Jung advises and represents major corporations in investigations involving the Capital Markets Act, Fair Trade Act, Customs Act, external audit regulations, virtual assets, embezzlement and breach of trust. He also has significant experience responding to search and seizure proceedings, conducting forensic analysis and corporate internal investigations, and advising on compliance matters.

Prior to joining BKL, Mr. Jung served in numerous senior positions during his prosecutorial career, including at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office, Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and Ministry of Justice. His experience includes special investigations, criminal intelligence, cybercrime and digital forensics, providing him with extensive insight into complex corporate investigations and enforcement proceedings.
