Kenneth Szeto has close to two decades of legal practice experience focussing in the areas of corporate real estate, real estate financing and private client real estate.

Kenneth works on a broad range of corporate real estate deals across the commercial, industrial and residential property sectors in Singapore, and advises in acquisitions, disposals, sale and lease back transactions, real estate financing, collective sales and purchases of land sites, commercial leasing, property developments and indirect property investment transactions including joint ventures, acquisitions and disposals of real estate holding entities.

Kenneth has been a key engagement partner of the Self Storage Association Asia since its establishment in 2014. His clients include many leading storage storage operators, vendors and investors, and he has advised on many recent significant self storage-related transactions in Singapore, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals, financing, as well as direct acquisitions and disposals.
