Lim Ziwei practises in the areas of corporate and corporate finance, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining the Firm, Ziwei previously worked in a leading local law firm in Singapore where he advised and was involved in a number of equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate and commercial transactions.
