Daniel Allen is an international arbitration specialist. He is an experienced advocate, and has represented both companies and States in all types of international arbitration, including international commercial arbitration, investment treaty arbitration / ISDS, and construction disputes. He has been lead counsel in cases proceeding under the ICSID, UNCITRAL, ICC, SIAC, JCAA, and CAS rules, among others. In addition to his work as counsel, he accepts appointments as arbitrator, and is a panel member at numerous arbitral institutions.
