Associate Director, Dispute Resolution

Shreya is an Associate Director in our Dispute Resolution practice group, specialising in complex and cross-border litigation and arbitration, as well as pre-dispute and/or non-contentious advisory work.

She advises and represents clients in investment treaty and commercial arbitrations under a wide array of institutional rules (including the ICSID, SIAC, ICC and UNCITRAL rules), seats (including Singapore, England and India) and governing laws (including Singapore, Korean, Indian and English law). She has also appeared at various levels of the Singapore courts.

Shreya graduated with an LL.B from the National University of Singapore in 2019, where she represented the university in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot. She has a keen interest in public international law and graduated with an LL.M (Distinction) in International Business Law from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2025. She is dual qualified in Singapore and England & Wales.
