Associate Director, Corporate & Finance

Ulanda is an Associate Director in Drew & Napier’s Blockchain & Digital Assets Practice Group, a part of the Corporate & Finance department.

Ulanda’s roots are in the blockchain and digital assets space, with experience working on a diverse spectrum of transactions involving blockchain and distributed ledger technology. She understands the technical, legal and commercial aspects of the space, including areas such as DeFi, DePIN, RWA tokenisation and AI Agentic solutions.

As an active participant in the blockchain ecosystem, her domain knowledge allows her to provide practical advice to help clients understand and integrate blockchain-based financial products while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
