Ei Leen graduated from the Singapore Management University in 2018. In 2019, Ei Leen passed the Singapore Bar Examinations and received a distinction in the Family Law Practice.

Since her call to the bar, Ei Leen has successfully represented clients as lead counsel in various commercial disputes in the High Court and State Courts and has appeared in several matters alongside various Senior Counsels.

Ei Leen also has experience acting for clients in high-value matrimonial disputes.

In 2024, Ei Leen obtained a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from the National University of Singapore.
