Randolph is the Director of our Dispute Resolution Department. He practices as an advocate, arbitrator and mediator and is keenly involved in international arbitration and cross border disputes.  He is a panel arbitrator and mediator of various local and international institutions and a Fellow of arbitral institutes of UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Malaysia. Randolph has been recognised by Chambers Global and Legal 500 as a leading practitioner in the area of dispute resolution in Singapore and China for the past eight years, in addition to being endorsed by Best Lawyers International since 2017 for arbitration and mediation in Singapore and ranked as a Benchmark Litigation Star practitioner for 7 consecutive years.
