Benjamin has experience advising companies on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. He also advises on all aspects of employment law including employment agreements, secondment arrangements, and termination of employment.

His particular focus is in the technology, biotechnology, health, and pharmaceutical industries, where his experience includes reviewing and drafting clinical trial agreements, research and development agreements, licensing agreements, and franchise agreements. Benjamin has also been involved in life sciences, pharmaceutical, and healthcare regulations.
