Mr. Jiahao Xie is currently a practising solicitor in JunHe’s Hong Kong office.  Prior to joining JunHe’s Hong Kong office in 2017, he worked as a PRC associate at the Beijing and Shenzhen offices of JunHe.

Mr. Xie specializes in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate practice and fund formation. He advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues in relation to private fund operation and the SFC licensing of type 9 regulated activities (asset management).

Mr. Xie has been involved in a number of significant cross-border merger and acquisition projects covering a wide variety of industries, such as catering, hospitality, retail, the internet and manufacturing. He also has extensive experience in representing Chinese clients, including both private and state-owned enterprises.
