Weiwei Wang (David) joined Jun He Law Firm (Hong Kong) in January 2022. Prior to that, David worked at two leading offshore law firms for 8 years.

David has been active in the field of investment funds.  David represents many international PE/VC funds, hedge funds, financial institutions in the design and implementation of various offshore fund and asset management products and is also active in PE/VC transactions, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets fields. In the Investment Funds field, David represented many international and domestic fund clients and asset managers in raising a great number of USD funds, covering fund types such as PE/VC funds, hedge funds, real estate funds and M&A funds, and legal forms such as corporate funds, umbrella funds and limited partnerships.
