After obtaining her JD degree from Harvard University, Ms. Wang began her legal career in the New York office of White & Case. She then joined the Hong Kong office of Baker & Mckenzie, specializing in the practices of direct foreign investment in the PRC and cross-border M&A.

Over the years, Ms. Wang has advised many European and American multinational companies, various investment funds and banks and mid-size and large Chinese private companies in international mergers and acquisitions, pre-listing restructuring and general corporate matters. Ms. Wang was named the Leading Asia Lawyer in the area of mergers and acquisitions in 2011, 2013 and 2014 by Asia Law & Practice.

Ms. Wang is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese

Ms. Wang is admitted to practice law in New York State.
