Mr. Hu is a partner of JunHe and based in Hong Kong office.

Mr. Hu has extensive experience in foreign direct investments in China, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring, regulatory compliance, general corporate and commercial matters.

Mr. Hu has previously advised numerous corporate clients and private equity funds in connection with their cross-border investments, joint venture projects, shareholding restructuring, sale and purchase of shares, shares placement and security issue, and regulatory compliance across various industry sectors.

Mr. Hu has worked at several Hong Kong law firms as well as in-house legal counsel of major Hong Kong listed companies.
