Ms. Ho is a partner in the corporate department of JunHe’s Hong Kong office.  She has extensive experience in capital market transactions including mergers and acquisitions, cross border acquisitions and investments, initial public offerings, pre-IPO investments and restructurings, and regulatory and compliance matters relating to the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Takeovers Code.  Ms. Ho has acted for various banks and investment funds on a variety of financing and investment transactions.  She has been involved in Hong Kong IPOs for various industries including real estate, agriculture, software and technology, manufacturing, retail, heavy industry and money lending.
