Mr. Guangqin Wei is a Partner at Jun He's Hong Kong office.

Mr. Wei concentrates his practice in corporate finance and securities laws and also represents clients on a variety of other business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and general corporate matters.  He has represented issuers, investment banks and investors in a variety of financing transactions, including initial public offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, acquisition financings and cross-border financings, as well as debt restructurings.

Mr. Wei started his legal career at the New York office of Fried Frank in 2004, and subsequently worked as a special counsel of the Hong Kong office of Fried Frank, a partner at Dentons Hong Kong and the general counsel in a Hong Kong listed company.
