Mr. Lee obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and Bachelor of Laws with merit from University of New South Wales and has practised as an international banking lawyer in Sydney, London and Hong Kong for more than 15 years.

He has previously worked with international investment and commercial banks in their loans syndications department and debt capital markets desk.

He actively advises major PRC banks and international banks in Hong Kong, as well as select SOE and HK listed mainboard companies in their financing needs, ranging from syndicated loans, structured finance and debt placements.

Fluent in English and Cantonese, Proficient in Mandarin
