Mr. Tang has offered his legal knowledge in corporate law and securities law to many well-known enterprises and investment banks. Mr. Tang has represented issuers and some of the world’s leading investment banks in dealing with many debt capital market and equity capital market transactions, covering a variety of sectors such as chemical, energy, logistics, consumer goods, finance, manufacturing, real estate and infrastructure.

Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Tang worked in the Beijing office of a leading Chinese law firm and then in the Hong Kong office of a top US law firm.
